Post News about the Tea Garden Reply with quote
I just wanted to let everyone know that I will not be coming back to do the Tea Garden for 2010. This is not because I don't want to! I'm just only one person and trying to run my shop and the Tea Garden full time for two months was too much to handle!

Jack Salt will still be at Faire and I will be making regular appearances as often as I can.

However, just so everyone knows, I will be doing Faire-friendly events ALL SEASON at the shop. Every Tuesday from 2-6 is our Stitch-in. We stay open late and have group events EVERY Thursday night. There are two swaps happening during the Faire season (one clothing, one craft goods). I will be adding more events that are super Faire-friendly as we get closer. Additionally I still offer free wi-fi and a nice air conditioned spot to hang during the week (plus I now have a cooler full of cake, pie, and snacks).

More importantly, I will be selling tea by the HALF GALLON all summer long! So if you simply MUST get your Looking Glass Tea on, you can stock up at any point!

Overall, I just want everyone to know that we still consider ourselves part of the Faire family even if I can't be there as much as I have been in past years.

Hope to see everyone just BUNCHES all summer!

We will miss you at faire, so I guess I'll just have to drop into the shop to get a tea fix.

Will the shop be open before Faire so we can grab some ice tea to go? I don't think I can make it through Faire Season without Basket o'Berries!

That's a little early for the shop to open but maybe if we ask real nicely. Please.

I will be selling tea by the half-gallon and you can pre-order, so we'll get you covered! Very Happy

Oh no!!! It won't be quite the same to walk around and not be able to get some of that wonderful tea...I may definitely have to stop by and pick some up before my trip to the faire on the weekends. Smile
