Thank you for considering Kentucky Renaissance Faire for your special day. Whether you choose to have a Renaissance or Traditional style wedding we will be happy to make your celebration a day to remember.
2011 Kentucky Renaissance Festival
June 4th- July 10th
(Wedding Ceremonies can be scheduled at the following times)
12:00 pm – 2:00pm or 4:00pm – 6:00pm
Wedding Packages
Package 1 includes:
Admission for you and 1-50 guests to the Highland Renaissance Festival for the full day. Secluded wooded area in our “Briarwood Forest” for your ceremony.
2 Commemorative Highland Renaissance Festival goblets for the bride & groom.
1 faire meal per guest from Mikaela’s Inn $1000.00
Package 2 includes:
Admission for you and 51-100 guests to the Highland Renaissance Festival for the full day. Secluded wooded area in our “Briarwood Forest” for your ceremony.
2 Commemorative Highland Renaissance Festival goblets for the bride & groom.
1 bottle of Mead or Champagne for your wedding toast
1 faire meal per guest from Mikaela’s Inn $2000.00
Package 3 includes:
Admission for you and 101-150 guests to the Highland Renaissance Festival for the full day. Secluded wooded area in our “Briarwood Forest” for your ceremony.
2 Commemorative Highland Renaissance Festival goblets for the bride & groom.
1 bottle of Mead or Champagne for your wedding toast A CD of photos from your ceremony (Not official wedding photos)
1 faire meal per guest from Mikaela’s Inn $3000.00
Package 4 includes:
Admission for you and 151-200 guests to the Highland Renaissance Festival for the full day.
Secluded wooded area in our “Briarwood Forest” for your ceremony.
2 Commemorative Highland Renaissance Festival goblets for the bride & groom
1 bottle of Mead or Champagne for your wedding toast
A CD of photos from your ceremony (Not official wedding photos)
Musical entertainment from festival performer.

Services offered by the Kentucky Renaissance Fair at additional cost include:
Pavilions set up & tear down (size optional)
Roundtables and chairs that seat 8 people
Catering by Mikaela's (price based on what type of food and how many guest attending)
Décor (price depending on type of décor and size of area being decorated)
Cash Bar (Liquor, Beer & Wine can only be provided and served by Kentucky Renaissance Faire)
Assistance in finding licensed officiant.
Assistance and recommendations for your floral needs.
Assistance and recommendations for your wedding cake.

As a new feature for the Highland Renaissance Festival. The faire grounds and newly finished great hall will be available for private events. Weddings, reunions, & corporate meetings are just a few of the types of events we can host. We can offer the flexability of holding inside events in the great hall, with seating up to 150, catering, bar service and whatever special needs your event requires. Outside events in the beautiful wooded setting of the faire grounds. Full service camping with showers and laundry facilities if your event requires.
